01
Phase 01

Discovery

We listen before we build.

What happens

  • Deep-dive call to understand your business, audience, and goals
  • Competitive landscape review
  • Audit of any existing digital assets
  • Technical requirements scoping
  • Agreement on success metrics before work begins

We need from you

Your time for 1–2 calls, access to any existing analytics or previous work, and a willingness to challenge your own assumptions.

You receive

A project brief document - what we are building, why, and how we will measure success. This becomes our shared north star.

02
Phase 02

Strategy & Planning

Blueprint before bricks.

What happens

  • User journey mapping
  • Information architecture
  • Content strategy and messaging framework
  • Technology stack decisions
  • Timeline and milestone planning

We need from you

Feedback on the strategy document within 48 hours. The faster you review, the faster we move.

You receive

A detailed strategy document and project plan with clear milestones, deliverables, and your review checkpoints.

03
Phase 03

Design

Pixel-perfect. Brand-true.

What happens

  • Wireframes for all key pages and flows
  • High-fidelity visual designs in Figma
  • Mobile-first - every design reviewed at mobile, tablet, and desktop
  • Two rounds of revisions included
  • Final design approval before development begins

We need from you

Timely feedback on each design round. We need decisions, not committees. If multiple stakeholders are reviewing, nominate one decision-maker.

You receive

Approved Figma designs for every page, with all assets, colours, and specifications ready for development.

04
Phase 04

Development

Production-grade. No shortcuts.

What happens

  • Development against the approved designs - no surprises
  • Staged deployment - you can review on a staging URL throughout
  • Integration of all third-party tools and APIs
  • Cross-browser and cross-device testing
  • Performance optimisation (target: 90+ Lighthouse score)

We need from you

Content - all copy, images, and assets need to be ready before this phase. We will remind you, but delayed content delays launch.

You receive

A staging site you can fully review, test, and sign off on before anything goes live.

05
Phase 05

Review & Testing

We break it so you don't have to.

What happens

  • Full QA across all pages and flows
  • Real device testing (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS)
  • Performance audit (Lighthouse, PageSpeed)
  • SEO checklist verification
  • Form and conversion testing

We need from you

Your final review on staging. This is your last chance to catch anything before launch.

You receive

A launch-ready site with a QA report and your go-live approval.

06
Phase 06

Launch

Go live. We're watching.

What happens

  • DNS and domain configuration
  • SSL certificate verification
  • Analytics and tracking verification
  • CDN and caching setup
  • Final smoke test on production

We need from you

Domain access (registrar login) and your confirmation to launch.

You receive

A live website. We monitor it for 24 hours after launch.

07
Phase 07

Post-Launch Support

We don't disappear after delivery.

What happens

  • 30 days of included support post-launch
  • Any bugs fixed within 24 hours
  • Minor content updates at no extra charge
  • Performance monitoring
  • Handover call - we walk you through managing your new site

We need from you

Just let us know if anything comes up. We are on it.

You receive

Peace of mind. After 30 days, we offer ongoing maintenance packages if needed.

FAQs

Common questions

How long does a full project take?
A typical website: 6–10 weeks from kick-off to launch. A landing page: 2–3 weeks. A mobile app: 3–6 months. Every project kicks off with a precise timeline based on scope.
What if I only need part of this process?
We scope accordingly. If you already have strategy done and just need design and development, we start there. If you have designs and just need development, same thing.
How involved do I need to be?
You need to be available for key review checkpoints - typically 3–5 focused review sessions across a project. We don't need daily involvement, but we do need timely decisions.
What causes projects to run over timeline?
Honestly - delayed content and slow feedback. The technical work very rarely causes delays. We will flag you well in advance if we need something.
