Conversion rate audit first

Before touching the ads, we fixed the store. Heatmap analysis revealed that 70% of mobile users were dropping off at the product page - specifically at the size/variant selector.

Store redesign for conversion

We rebuilt the product pages with social proof above the fold, simplified variant selection, and added urgency elements that did not feel manipulative.
